Ask for each part of the bill

Copy these questions into your cost note.

Assessment	What does the first visit cost, and what if no medicine is prescribed?
Medicine	What exact product and supply does the quote cover?
Tests	Which checks are proposed, and are their fees included?
Follow-up	Are later visits or messages included, billed per visit or billed each month?
Delivery	Is sending the medicine included in the quoted total?
Ending care	How do I cancel, and when does billing stop?

Ask for the starting bill and the ongoing bill separately. Then check what happens if the plan changes. This avoids comparing an assessment-only price with a price that includes more.

Ask about help without counting on it

As of September 2026, the maker described co-pay help for some privately insured people and no-cost medicine for some qualifying patients.

Keep the reply with the quote. Compare the same items across care options. If a fee or condition is left out, ask for an updated total.
